At Subella Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unaltered condition with all lace and tags intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hair that has been worn, cut, or chemically treated cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and photos of the hair to verify its original condition.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the dedicated return shipping address.
Package and Ship
Securely pack the extensions in their original packaging and ship the parcel back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection and Refund
Our quality control team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days of arrival, after which your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.
